- Organizing and developing journalistic knowledge, theory, and skills at the undergraduate level.
- Conducting research and community service activities in the field of journalism that are innovative, relevant, and beneficial for the community, nation, and state.
- Establishing strategic cooperative relationships with the community, government, business, and industry, as well as fellow educational institutions both at home and abroad, on an ongoing basis by applying the principles of equality, mutual, and trust.
- Developing education management by applying the principle of quality assurance.
- Producing academics in the field of journalism who uphold ethics, humanist values, and cultural values.
