After several months since the meeting at Ronia’s in Lembang, on December 15, 2021, a dialogue between the Journalism Student Association (HMJ) and the Alumni Family Association of Journalism (IKA Journalism) was held at Terusan Buahbatu. The meeting discussed two important matters, namely the HMJ General Assembly and the election of a new HMJ Chairman.
The meeting was attended by the then HMJ Chairman, Putu Rama Paramahamsa from the 2020 period, as well as two pairs of HMJ Chairman and Vice Chairman candidates. In addition, Hagi Hagoromo and Achmad Jaelani attended as representatives of IKA Journalism. The meeting aimed to discuss various potential programs that can be carried out collaboratively between HMJ and IKA Journalism in the future.
The HMJ General Assembly was one of the main topics in this dialogue. The election of a new HMJ Chairman was also an important concern in the meeting. In an enthusiastic atmosphere, the HMJ Chairman and Vice Chairman candidates presented their visions, missions, and planned programs to advance HMJ in the future.
Not only that, Hagi Hagoromo and Achmad Jaelani from IKA Journalism actively participated in this dialogue. They provided valuable input and suggestions based on their experience as journalism alumni. Both of them also shared creative ideas to foster close cooperation between HMJ and IKA Journalism in supporting the development and success of journalism students.
In this dialogue, an atmosphere of enthusiasm and collaborative spirit between HMJ and IKA Journalism was created. Both parties are committed to establishing a strong cooperation and mutual support in order to enhance the quality of education and personal development of journalism students.
